Smaller centrifuge tubes, also known as EP (eppendorf) tubes, are used with microcentrifuges for the separation and centrifugation of micro reagents.
Screw Cap Micro Tubes
When safe short-term storage of samples at low temperatures is desired, choose screw cap microtubes in both conical and self-supporting designs. Their robust design and select materials are ideally suited for use with biologicals, and they also feature a wealth of functional features, multi-color caps and volume options in 0.5mL, 1.5mL and 2.0mL sizes. Screw cap micro-tube caps offer a durable design that can be retrofitted with an O-ring to prevent leakage under harsh conditions.
