Packaging has been tailored to meet a wide range of requirements. Tubes can be packaged in single-layer bags with or without caps, and caps can be pre-assembled or not.
100% virgin polypropylene resin is selected for high clarity and biological applications.
O-ring design, thickness, and material selection are optimized to provide protective properties to maximize sealing capabilities, biological interactions, and insulation. Black O-rings are made of EPDM.
Compatible with automated systems. Whether priming, capping, or labeling automation, the product is capable of withstanding the high torque stresses associated with automation. Products are designed to help with common automation problems such as: cracking, bowl feeder clogging, cap over/under torque, and thread misalignment.
Capacities range from 0.5, 1.5, 2.0mL, 10ml, 15ml, 50ml.
Available in a variety of colors whether equipped with standard or spigot caps.
Knurled tubes can be locked in a special holder for one-handed operation.
Non-knurled tubes are ideal for automation and labeling with smooth tubes that have been stripped of any labeling interference.
Skirted or self-supporting tubes can be erected on their own without a tube holder.
Tapered tubes require a stand to remain upright.
Low nucleic acid and protein binding rates and low enzyme inhibition are features of the selected resin.
