Properties

The use of methods

　　1. Preparation: First, choose a pipette with the right volume and select the right tip as needed. For micro pipettes, a pre-calibrated volume is usually required, while for large volume pipettes, a suitable flare tip needs to be selected.

　　2. Aspirate the liquid: Insert the tip into the desired liquid and press the button at the top of the pipette to fill the volume of the tip with liquid. Be careful to avoid inhaling air bubbles.

　　3,Release the liquid: Place the pipette tip to the position where the liquid needs to be released, then gradually push out the air or pressure above the tip to make the liquid flow out of the tip. Pay attention to keep the suction tip smooth to avoid contamination caused by liquid dripping.
